Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely with three Juliet balconies, but not as clean as expected and a bit dusty. The service, however, was exceptional, with staff being very apologetic and almost embarrassed. The location was wonderful, with plenty of bars and restaurants within just a 5-minute walk, but not the best place in Valencia. The dining was more than adequate, and the facilities met my expectations.
The hotel is located in a nice area of Rusafa surrounded by bars and restaurants, just a short distance from the old city of Valencia. The rooms, though not as spacious as expected, offer all the necessary facilities, with a small but nice balcony. The service from the staff was excellent, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The dining experience, especially accommodating special requests like lactose-free breakfast, was very good in a pleasant environment. The hotel's facilities were of great quality, making the stay enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities we needed, but they were a bit small for two people, even though they were comfortable and very quiet. The location was wonderful with proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The service was super friendly and the staff treated me very warmly, but the dining options were too expensive for what was on offer.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room I got had a very bad view and was oddly shaped, making it difficult to open both my luggages at the same time due to the weird angles of walkways. However, the room had good facilities and extra things like body lotion. On the bright side, it was clean, spacious, and faced the street while remaining quiet.
The hotel is located in the vibrant Ruzafa area and offers clean rooms despite some being oddly shaped and small. The service was exceptional with warm and professional staff. The location is convenient, close to the station and restaurants. The dining experience was mixed with a good variety of pastries but lacking in other options. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel's rooms are disappointing in terms of modernization and comfort. While the safe was a good feature, the lack of tea/coffee facilities and uncomfortable glass-covered small rooms with gaps in the bathroom doors took away from the experience. On the positive side, the rooms were roomy enough with expected facilities, especially the large walk-in shower.
